• Broker and owner of Realty Ambassadors 2001 to present.
• Designated by the Arizona Association of Realtors as a Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI). This is considered to be equivalent to a Masters Degree in the real estate business.
• Designated by the National Association of Realtors as a Certified Residential Specialist (CRS). Only about five percent of Realtors nationwide achieve this designation which is considered to be equivalent to a PHD in the real estate business.
• Awarded the President's  Round Table Award five years consecutively and is considered to be a lifetime member of the President's Round Table. This award is bestowed on only a few of the highest producers in the local Association of Realtors.
• Former President of the Glendale West Maricopa Board of Realtors (now known as the West Maricopa Regional Association of Realtors) WEMAR. This is a position held only by professionals who have proven to have the highest standards of ethics and who are worthy to be elected to the highest position in the local association.
• Certified by the Arizona Department of Real Estate as a Continuing Education Instructor. I teach new licensees classes to help them attain their real estate license and seasoned licensees on contract law and legal issues for license renewal.
• Designated as a Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE). I always negotiate for the best interest of my clients with an eye on Win Win results.
• I work with investors and first time home buyers. I work with those who are buying or selling their second home or their tenth home, those with little cash and with millionaires.
• We lease homes and perform top notch property management services for investors that help improve the value of their property and provide them with an excellent source of passive income.
• I am also experienced in 1031 exchanges to help investors defer capital gains tax on the sale of the investment property. (if you don't know what that is, call me, I'll explain it to you).
